Exchange and Return Policy

You can return and exchange according to the following procedures :


Refunds can only be made if :

- The presence of a defect or an error in the quality of the manufacture of the product .

The error is reported within a maximum period of 7 days .


Substitution can be made under the following conditions :

The product must be in its original condition and not used , and it must be in the original packaging .

The product can be replaced within 7 days from the date of its arrival .

The customer bears the shipping and delivery costs .

- Replacement can only be made with the invoice .

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable .


Exceptions not covered by the return /exchange policy :

Damage resulting from misuse .

There is no refund after the transfer .


Note: Care products, incense and perfumes can be returned or exchanged, provided that the original packaging and the original packaging of the product are not opened.
